IF YOU PURCHASE ROUTE AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE THROUGH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL, RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE CORRECT PROCESS TO RECEIVE A REFUND THROUGH ROUTE, THEN BUYING FROM BRI IS UNABLE TO REFUND YOU UNTIL YOUR CHARGEBACK IS CANCELLED.
